This page summarizes the general terms that apply when using automation and development services provided by flowiqa.
Scope of service
flowiqa provides custom automation, system connections, and development services for ecommerce and business workflows.
Contract and invoicing
All projects are run through our US-registered company. A formal contract is signed and an invoice is issued.
Payment
The standard payment plan is 50% upfront + 50% on delivery. For larger projects, we can offer milestone-based payment plans.
Intellectual property
All code we write for you and any assets we produce become your property upon full payment.
Maintenance and warranty
Each delivered project comes with 30 days of free bug-fix warranty.
Limitation of liability
flowiqa commits to professional standards and care during project delivery.
Termination
Either party may terminate the contract by giving at least 30 days written notice.
