This information notice has been prepared by flowiqa, in its capacity as data controller, pursuant to Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation of Disclosure.
Your personal data is processed by flowiqa (30 N Gould St #37661, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA) as the data controller, for the purposes described below. You may contact the data controller at contact@flowiqa.com.
The categories of personal data we process include: identity information (name, surname), contact information (email address, phone number), customer transaction information (order details, service usage data), marketing information (cookie data, preferences), transaction security information (IP address, session information, log records).
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes: provision and execution of our services, customer relationship management, delivery of order and inventory automation services, communication activities, fulfillment of legal obligations, information security processes, finance and accounting operations, tracking of requests and complaints.
Your personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds under KVKK Article 5/2: processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject, processing is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, the data subject's explicit consent (for marketing activities).
Your personal data may be transferred to our business partners, service providers, legally authorized public institutions and organizations, and legally authorized private law legal entities under KVKK Articles 8 and 9 for the realization of the purposes stated above. For cross-border data transfers, the necessary safeguards are provided in compliance with the conditions set forth in KVKK Article 9.
Your personal data is retained for the duration required by the processing purposes and in any case for the statutory retention periods. Data is retained for the statute of limitations periods prescribed by the relevant legislation from the termination of the service relationship. Upon expiration of the retention period, personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with KVKK and relevant legislation.
flowiqa takes necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure an appropriate level of security in order to prevent unlawful processing of and access to personal data and to ensure the preservation of data. These measures include data encryption, access control, firewalls, regular security audits, and employee training.
Pursuant to KVKK Article 11, you have the following rights regarding your personal data: to learn whether your personal data has been processed, to request information about the processing if your data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with its purpose, to know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad, to request rectification if your data is incomplete or inaccurate, to request deletion or destruction of your data under KVKK Article 7, to request that the operations carried out be notified to third parties to whom your data has been transferred, to object to the occurrence of a result against you by analysis of your data exclusively through automated systems, to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your data.
To exercise the rights listed above, you may apply in writing to contact@flowiqa.com or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If the transaction requires an additional cost, the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
