  • Setup of a single automation on one platform (Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, Trendyol, or Hepsiburada), maintenance, a platform training guide, and a roadmap. Full refund within 14 days if not satisfied.

  • Monthly pricing varies significantly by platform count, automations, daily order volume and support level. Instead of quoting numbers that won't fit you, we share a clear price in a free 15-min discovery call. Or start with the ₺9,999 Starter Pack.

  • 50% of the setup fee up front, 50% on go-live. Monthly maintenance is billed at the start of each month. Bank transfer or credit card.

  • Month-to-month, no minimum commitment. If you're not happy or your operation changes, give notice at month start and we stop. The systems we built are yours; handover takes a week. No cancellation fees.

  • No. Setup + monthly maintenance — two line items, fixed. Third-party services (ad budget, SMS provider, e-invoice integrator) are yours and billed transparently. New scope is always quoted up front; we don't start work without your approval.

  • Yes. Clients taking more than two services move to our monthly retainer — single point of contact, single invoice, 15-25% off setup fees.

  • Yes. The first call is completely free, no commitment. No sales pressure — we listen, tell you which systems make sense, hand you a roadmap. The decision is yours.

  • No. In most projects we keep your existing system and build on top. ERP, accounting software, store infrastructure — we connect via API without breaking what works. Full rebuild is only on the table if the system is unusable or you specifically want it. We map the existing setup first.

  • Marketplaces: Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, Trendyol, Hepsiburada, WooCommerce, n11. Accounting: Logo, Mikro, Netsis, Paraşüt, QuickBooks, Xero. Marketing: Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Meta/Google/TikTok Ads. Messaging: WhatsApp Business API, Instagram, Zendesk, Intercom. Shipping: major TR carriers, UPS, DHL. Anything outside the list, we build a custom API integration under Track 03.

  • All customer data moves over encrypted channels; only authorized team members access it. A DPA (Data Processing Agreement) is signed in your contract — who, why, how long. Access logs are kept. Our team signs NDAs. If you leave, your data is deleted or exported within 30 days of request.

  • We act as Data Processor for any personal data we touch. As an Operations Infrastructure module, we set up cookie banner, privacy notice, consent flow and data-deletion request handling for your store. You're prepared for regulator audits.

  • New module requests come with a fresh scope, timeline and quote. We don't start work without your approval — no surprise invoices. Removing a module follows the same process; changes hit your invoice at the start of the next month.

  • Our systems are built to scale — same infrastructure runs from 10 to 10,000 orders/day. As traffic grows, your third-party costs (server, email, SMS) go up; our base fee stays fixed and module usage is reviewed annually. You won't go through a 'scale broke our system, let's rebuild' moment.

  • A single automation: 1-2 weeks. Full Track 01 (Operations) build: 3-4 weeks. Track 02 (Marketing & Growth): 4-6 weeks. Track 03 (Custom Software): scoped per project, typical 4-12 weeks.
