Terms of service

This page summarizes the general terms that apply when using automation and development services provided by flowiqa. Each project is also covered by a customer-specific written contract.

Scope of service

flowiqa provides custom automation, integration, and development services for ecommerce and operational workflows. The full scope, timeline, and pricing of each project are defined in writing at the start.

Contract and invoicing

All projects are run through our registered company. A formal contract is signed and an e-invoice is issued. A KVKK/GDPR-compliant data processing agreement (DPA) is included.

Payment

The standard payment plan is typically 50% upfront + 50% on delivery. For larger projects, we can offer milestone-based payment plans. Payments are made via bank transfer or Stripe.

Intellectual property

All code we write for you and any assets we produce become your property upon full payment. Reusable libraries and general tools (not project-specific) remain our property.

Maintenance and warranty

Each delivered project comes with 30 days of free bug-fix warranty. After this period, we offer an optional monthly maintenance package. New feature development is billed separately.

Limitation of liability

flowiqa commits to professional standards and care during project delivery. However, we are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party services on your infrastructure (Shopify, Trendyol, Stripe, etc.) or for issues arising from changes you make yourself.

Termination

Either party may terminate the contract by giving at least 30 days written notice. Payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date; no payment is required for incomplete work.
